Ignore it: Widal is an outdated test for typhoid fever. Unless you traveled to a poor country with poor sanitation, you are unlikely to have typhoid fever. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Widal test: This antibody test is next to worthless, and perhaps more so because it causes people to look for infections that may not be present despite the test positivity. You need to be seen by a family practitioner or general internist and undergo a full evaluation without antibiotics. Good luck.

Does not add up: Widal test is an obsolete test for typhoid fever. It is very unlikely that you have typhoid fever, living in Pittsburgh. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) does not treat elevated ALT, you need to determine the cause of elevated ALT and treat that. If you drink alcohol, stay away from it entirely.

No: Widal is a measure of what you may have run into in the past. If you feel okay now, stop worrying. Everybody meets salmonella at one time or another.

Exposure: These are fairly low levels of antibodies.  It means that you have been exposed in the past, but probably not an acute infection.  Repeating the tests would be helpful in a week or two. If levels stable-then old infection.  If levels rising-then new infection.

How do you FEEL?: Don't take an antibiotic unless you clearly have an infection that's serious enough to warrant it. The Widal is famously nonspecific, and is far from strong evidence that you have active typhoid / brucellosis. I may well have misunderstood your question.
