why would doc say i have the worst case of astigmatism she has ever seen?

Heavy handed: Asitgmatism is an ovalness of the optical parts of the eye which requires a reverse oval to correct in the eyeglasses or contacts used to correct it.  It is common and in some cases can be quite extreme.  Perhaps your doc is inexperienced, has not seen many cases and you are the worst.  Or perhaps your doc is a little insensitive and overreacting to things.  A second opinion can be helpful.

i have astigmatism & light sensitivity. i bought new glasses. still have severe night time glare. doc says eyes will adjust. its been a month. do i have to live with the glare? visit another doctor?

Glare: Glare can be due to many things besides astigmatism-- you may have a cataract, you may have other eye problems--- some people will use slightly tinted glasses for night driving-- others will use special mirrors that dim down with oncoming headlights from behind-- it is ok to get another opinion from another doc, but first, make sure the glasses were made correctly...

i see waves of black spot going inward to where i am looking at appears after 5 second.it starts small then gets bigger.i tend to only see it on hot&sunny days.goes away when i look elsewhere i have astigmatism.doc say reduce screentime, eye strain?

: While floaters can be benign, seeing an object in your visual field requires a dilated eye exam to exclude any serious pathology, though not likely in a healthy 13-year-old. A history of trauma or migraine is important. Eye strain and prolonged screen time is not a cause for floaters. You may need glasses, and have a vitreous opacity. See an ophthalmologist.

Probably: If a pediatric opthamologist recommends the glasses, i would have to agree.

are there contact lenses for someone with faresighted, astigmatism, and bifocal? my eye doc wasn't correcting the bifocal. rotated to much in trial

Not any that work : Bifocal contact lenses do not work well for many people, you add in a astigmatic correction and this is even harder to get good vision.

Yes: Astigmatism occurs when the cornea is not perfectly spherical. If the shape is more like an egg, you have astigmatism and this creates "ghosting" as you've described. A refraction would tell if this is the problem and glasses could solve your difficulty.

Slightly myopic: Sounds like your prescription is not strong enough to need glasses. But myopia does generally increase, so you could require glasses in the future. Take care.

Blurry: Vision issues can be due to many things. Was your lens complete clear? Any history of diabetes, steroid use? What did your LipiScan show? How much do you weigh? Did you get a Pentacam. Consult with us to help solve this issue.
