i have pain right under my rib cage in the middle, i cant eat hardly, i have lost 12 pounds i am pooping black tarry. what can i do to fix this?

Go to doctor: What you describe sounds like it could be an ulcer or gastrointestinal bleed. Black Tarry  stools can be from blood or bleeding in your stomach. You need to go seek medical attention immediately.

Anal fissure: You most likely have an anal fissure. The initial treatment for that is symptomatic. First, take stool softerners to prevent hard stools that require straining. Take a sitz bath everynight. There are over the counter medicines that contain 3% lidocaine that can be used. One brand name is Ana-Lex. If your symptoms continue for more than a week doing this type of treatment, you need to see a Doctor.

Unhealthy : you should know how a good poop looks like. It should be odorless effortless and give you a sense of complete emptying. If not try milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If not better see PCP

Some possiblities: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, need to distinguish from the condition (constipation) versus the feeling (needing to go). Any stimulation of the anal area can make someone feel the urge when nothing's there.
If something is there, increased hydration, fiber, stool softeners can be helpful in mild temporary constipation.

Diet and water: Try to give her plenty of water, fruits and veggies. Prune juice and oatmeal can also help. If she develops abdominal pain and looks sick please take her to her Pediatric provider.

Called constipation: Drink &gt; 1 Liter of water daily.
Eat fruits and vegetables hi in fiber.
DSS Stool softener 200mg daily and if this still doesn't solve the problem Miralax (polyethylene glycol) 1 cap full daily in water/juice

i had my gallblder removed 5 yrs ago & still been feelin stones passing. 3 wks ago i felt a big stone pass, i feel it stuck & i cant poop normal since?

If your gallbladder: has been removed calculi can pass through the hepatic to the common bile duct into the 2nd part of the duodenum but I wasn't aware that one would feel them unless they became blocked at the ampula of vater in which case you would have significant abdominal pain and unless removed, become jaundiced.  The relationship to bowel movements evades me.  Best make an appointment with your doctor.

my poop is clear gel for 6 days now yesterday i had normal poop 1 time and now back to gel ive never had this before what can i do i cant afford a doc?

Mucus in stool: The gel appearance of stool is mucus.  This indicates some inflammation in the rectum or colon. This can improve but may need investigation.  Is stool brown  and formed?
