Dryness?: Overactive tears can be either acute or chronic due to number of causes.  Commonly symptoms of allergies to the eyes or extreme dryness can be triggers.  Aetificial tears can help since these are reflex reaponse from the eyes.  Have an opthamalogist tak a look.

Watery eyes: Watering of the eyes is not always from an allergy but if it is, a standard allergy eye drop such as Patanol (olopatadine) or Alomide should take care of it. You don't have to also be sneezing.

dentist was working on a crown, and he placed goggles on my face to prevent water from splashing in my eyes.. can covid be transmitted to me that way? i'm a bit worried now.. my nerves are bad, always worried about this virus! it's hard!?

: Any splashing water in this situation are contaminated only with your own oral fluids. So of course no significant risk. Also no risk from any exposure if you've been vaccinated. And most likely the dentist has been vaccinated as well.

bleach water droplet splashed on my eyelid, fairly certain my reflexes prevented any of it from getting into my actual eye bc i feel no discomfort/pain in my eye, or eyelid, i rubbed my eyelid w/ dampened w/ water cloth after. should i be concerned?

: Even a direct splash into the eye would not likely cause harm, just brief stinging pain. Nothing to be worried about.

Crusty eyes: The crusty eye lids have to be differentiated between a bacterial/viral  conjunctivitis and a chronic blepharitis.  The treatment for each is specific.

Eye irritation: use sun glasses to prevent sun damage, keep your eyes clean, avoid dust and windy weather, pullen and other allergens like animal dander and mold spores. if these measures didn't help, please see your providers to rule out other conditions.

Eye & contact care: Be sure you're cleaning and using your contacts as directed by your eye doctor. Consider switching to daily disposable contacts if you use monthly contacts and have a prob w/ redness. Consider wearing your glasses more often to give your eyes more breaks from the contacts.  Consider other causes or red eyes such as allergies. If you still have probs, please talk w/ your eye doctor.

Sorry: Unless your eyes are yellow from liver disease, then the yellowish color of the whites of your eyes is a permanent feature and cannot be altered with surgery or any known medicine.

how can i prevent my eyes from worsening? i already wear glasses. im a boxer so vision is important if i want to be at the top of my game

Accepted Answer

Glasses prescription: Usually stabilizes by your age.  Also, if it stays the same for at least a year or so, you can consider refractive surgery like lasik to correct your glasses need.  You have to be careful about doing this though, since you are a boxer.
