Many symptoms POTS: Orthostatic intolerance, marginal low blood pressure, with lack of appropriate sympathetic charge with position change can cause many symptoms: fatigue, fuzzyheadedness, headaches, restless sleep, GI complaints, very delayed if no recovery from exercise, cold hands/feet, and wooziness if not faintness with standing. Muscle aching with trigger points can also occur. Thus pots is felt causal.

Doubt a tumor: Your description is not one of signs from a brain tumor, and in fact, more likely represents a different problem.  Fibromyalgia could indeed cause sleep disturbance, pain and aching over all 4 body quadrants, and would not be associated with abnormalities in the above tests. Anxiety: I'm glad your spine, blood, eye and neuro exams were clear. With all this, brain tumor is unlikely.  You question whether anxiety can cause some of these problems, and it's possible.  It sounds like your family physician has started an initial workup, and wants to help you.  Consulting with a psychiatrist may be a good idea also; can work w/you on the anxiety piece.  Maybe a sleep study also.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Some possibilities: Some medications can cause tingling (topamax), some chemical imbalances may provoke (sodium/potassium), hyperventilation (changes in carbon dioxide), peripheral neuropathies (like diabetes), variety of toxins (arsenic, etc). Get examined and maybe tested so treatment can be decided.
