Common association: Many people complain of this.  Not particularly indicative of any disease.  The fact that it bothers all of your joints is reassuring as most systemic and serious illnesses affect certain joints and not others.  Many serious diseases also have a morning predominance.

Normal: It's normal for people to have joint pains in the cold. It's usually temporary and with continued activity the pain goes away. It's due to spasms of the vessels on the cartilage surface. 
Regular exercise, stretching will both help this out.

Myalagias: The body aches or myalgias is the body's normal response to an infection.  They are signs of inflammation in your body.  Take an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen (if you have a normal functioning stomach and kidneys) to help relieve these body pains.

is myalgia common in lupus? this is my first time with it - for about a week- joints hurt too, what can i do? taking plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) after i stopped it :(

Speak with rheum doc: Speak with your rheumatologist . You need to determine if there is true muscle inflammation or just muscle aches. There are meds that will help.

my fingers' joints (if i'm correct about the joints) hurt when in touch with cold water. they suddenly hurt, its like a sharp pain that will only go away if i make my hands warm again. is this normal? i don't remember them always being this way.

Do they change color: Sometimes: can occur in certain situations. Often people's fingers turn white with a condition called  Raynauds. I can't be certain what you have but you can discuss it with your physician

Cough/sob: When you have repeated bouts of cough you could get chest pain. However cough with shortness of breath and chest pain , you need to rule out pneumonia. If negative it is simply an upper respiratory tract infection. You need physical examination and testing. Consult an md.

Chest cage: Most likely from inflammation of the chest cage from too much coughing.

can common cold cause enlarged lymph node in cheek, almost on jawline but not under jaw? halfway between corner of mouth and ear. it moves around, doesnt hurt, and is smaller than a pea. no dental issues, cant feel from inside cheek.should i worry?
