Few side effects: Zoloft (sertraline) is an antidpressant SSRI that rarely can lead to inflammation of the liver or other allergic reactions. Main side effect occurs with sudden withdrawal (reduce dosage gradually) or the so-called "serotonin syndrome" if taken with other drugs that increase the likelihood of this side effect.

I've not heard of it: It is difficult to kill yourself with most of the newer antidepressants.  Many who make suicide attempts take a combination of meds and some organ damage might occur.  If you or someone is considering overdosing, please seek help.  Suicidal gestures or intentions are not the answer.  They are many resources, call local help lines.

Zoloft (sertraline) + green tea: I am only responding from a psychiatric  perspective. Green tea is fine with use of zoloft (sertraline). You will need to get input from a urologist or other physician about use of green tea with cystic kidneys.

Not likely: Serious uncommon SE ;very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, sweating, confusion, fast or uneven heartbeats, feeling like you might pass out;
agitation, hallucinations, fever, overactive reflexes, tremors;
nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, feeling unsteady, loss of coordination;
trouble concentrating, memory problems, weakness, fainting, seizure, shallow breathing, stop breathing . RXlist.com

magnesium level is 1.6.  take zoloft losartan betapace and nexium (esomeprazole).no kidney issues.  dr prescribed 400mg magnesium oxide.   interactions with meds?

Mag Oxide: No interactions. Based on your med list, you probably hypertension, GERD, anxiety/depression and h/o arrthymia.  Mildly low Mg level is probably due to PPI use (Nexium)

: What you ate 4hrs ago will not come out in stool unless you have diarrhea. Occ. mucus can occur in stool without any major problem. I think you will be OK

Probably Not: Although metabolized by the liver, zoloft (sertraline) is one of the milder antidepressants on the liver. If you are very concerned you can ask your doc to check your liver enzymes.
