Erection : Are you talking about the erection or size of the penis in width. Are you taking any medications that could cause sustained erections or a medical problem ie sickle cell anemia. Check it out.

Type of phimosis: Can occur after vigorous masturbation, either from swollen foreskin if uncircumcised, or swollen penile shaft skin if it could be pushed over glans. Swollen skin aound head of penis could give feeling opens retracted into scrotum. Should resolve after skin swelling has subsided.

Probably normal: No penis looks exactly the same -- almost like fingerprints. Probably you are entirely normal and all is well. But nobody can say more just from this description.
