Please : Please be sure that you haven't used anything that would irritate your labia, such as bubble bath, new laundry soap, or lotions or perfumes.  You can try a soothing vaginal cream (ask your pharmacist), but if this doesn't help in 1-2 days then please be evaluated.  If this doesn't help you may have an infection that you would need to be treated for.  If you developed pain, fever, rash, or new symptoms then please be seen immediately.

Advise exam: I would advise you have your doctor take a look at it to better be able to have a definitive diagnosis for the ailment. Could be something like a fungus which topical antifungal cream could easily clear up but you won't know unless you're sure of what it is and that you can only achieve this if you have someone look at it and properly identify it. Not exactly.: Your lips do sag and wrinkle as you age; that's a basic reality. Injecting fillers will conceal at least some of that sagging and wrinkling, temporarily. If you stop getting the filler, and you're no longer concealing the sagging and wrinkling, your lips will look saggy and wrinkly - not because of the injections, but because you're no longer concealing the normal aging process.

Also a contact dermatitis will start with itching but by several days you should be able to see a rash.  Try to evaluate what new things-foods, medications, supplements you are taking recently and stop them.  Have your doctor evaluate this if it persists.  Antihistamines may help relieve hives.

Carbon Monoxide: No.  The problem with smoking is that your blood cells get all blocked with carbon monoxide and the tissues get less oxygen so that if there is aging trauma to the muscles around the mouth then there is little healing there.  It is all about carbon monoxide and lack of oxygen in the scenario of a smoker.
