Fever: Temperature is one of the 'vital signs'.  When elevated above the typical range of 98.6 degrees fahrenheit it can be a symptom of infection.  But variation of the typical body temp above or below normal can be suggestive of illness.

Acupuncture is best: I think fatigue has a lot to do with how sick you feel, so i usually recommend sleep.  Acupuncture has been shown to help in some good studies, and my patients have done very well with that also.  It's always good to stay hydrated, but i haven't heard that helps with nausea in pregnancy.  Most pregnant women run hot. I've not heard that cooling affects nausea, but you might feel better overall.

hi. is it normal for my 3 week old son to be making a poo(not runny) 6x in one day? he also wets his nappies about 8x yesterday. his temperature is 36.8 and he is feeding well and he is on formula. he also seems to be hungry after making a poo.

Maybe: A breastfed baby may make a smear every feed or fill a diaper once a week. The variation is well known &amp; normal. Formula babies usually go less but as long as the kid is feeding well/playful &amp; otherwise normal I would not be concerned.

in cold temperatures my legs feel like concrete: very heavy & hard to walk. when this first happened a few years ago i had an mri on my legs and nothing was found. i am trying to get ideas for causes as i've been told i'm making it up?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Not clear: Could be viral, mechanical, internal etc but since this is new  you would do best to see your physician

Sore throat: These are not classic signs or symptoms of pregnancy. More likely a viral upper respiratory infection.

Covid ?'s: Although fever is also common with Covid infection, loss of smell may be as well, so get tested for Covid, but in today's pandemic, quarantine (even if test is negative and no other symptoms occur) for at least 10 days is recommended, as well as for other family members or those with whom you have recently been in contact.

Fever log: Take your temperature a few times per day and review the log with your physician. You will need to be tested for infection and malignancy.
Drink fluids and stay well hydrated.

However, I would like to have more details about your headaches? How long have u had them? Throbbing or vise-like, Where in the head? What makes them better/worse? Does light hurt ur eyes?
