Dry Throat: while sleeping is generally due to sleeping with the mouth open. It also may be due to very low humidity in ones bedroom. Sleep apnea needs to be considered as well as blockage of the sinuses either mechanical or due to congestion.I would suggest you first try a humidifier and if that doesn't help then an evaluation by ENT may be in order.
