Hang on: There is a lot you can do to help your stomach.  If you are done with pregnancies then you can consider a tummy tuck.  Before doing a tummy tuck you will need to get in shape and have your weight  at a normal level.  If you are not done with pregnancies you may want to postpone a tummy tuck and consider something less invasive.  Discuss you situation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Several possiblities: In a 16-year-old adolescent male there are several possibilities for enlarging abdomen without any weight gain. The most common would be constipation or stool compaction. No short answer: You don't mention pain, nausea, vomiting or constipation. There all a lot of different "small meals".  If it contains several rolls, or dips of ice cream you may be getting too many calories, or not exercising.  I trust you have done a pregnancy test.  I have noticed that 45-50 yrs old is a time that women have more trouble with weight.
You should see a physician as there are other possibilities.

Belly distension: There are lots of reasons for abdominal distension, from "functional" syndromes (ibs, gastroparesis, constipation), psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic & inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of urinary or gynecologic tracts), fluid collections (edema, ascites), organomegaly (liver, spleen), just to name a few. It is very unlikely fatigue alone is to blame. See your doctor.

Cyst or lipoma: If this lump is just under the skin, and changes in size, it is likely an inclusion cyst, a benign growth related to the skin elements.  Sometimes a fatty tumor, or lipoma, can present this way, and is also a benign condition.  See your physician if you have concerns, as most can be excised in the office under local anesthesia.
