i was checking down there and i accidentally spread the lips down not so hard but hard. it hurted a little from down near the anus (i think externally). i am freaking out does that mean i broke my hymen? can any dr please answer me?

Relax: Your hymen is not attached to the labia minora (inner lips. Spreading them hart could certainly trigger pain sensation from that sensitive area but it would not effect other sites. Tearing the hymen requires penetration by some object/force.

Doctor,Plastic surge: Go to ypur plastic surgeo if he is available immediately, or go to emergency room.More than likely, swelling will go down in time , but you need prophylactic treatment to prevent infection and tetanus.

Vaginal d/c:  Sometimes vaginal discharges can dry into fairly solid material. If you notice new discharge - especially if there is odor, redness, swelling, pain, burning, change in color - get it checked out.

what to do when you really really bite your lip? my son's head rammed my chin will i was lightly bitting my lower lip...it caused me to bite my lip so hard it bled...is there something i can/should do to help this heal properly?

Large : Large lip wounds may need sutures, if it is over 1/2 inch in length and deep- go see a physician. Also, if the wound crossed the "vermillion border, " that is the line between normal skin and the red part of your lip- that is a cosmetically sensitive injury, so go get seen. If it is a small wound and the bleeding has stopped, ice if for a bit and apply Bacitracin ointment (available at the drug store) several times daily. Avoid food that may get caught in it (such as tortilla chips, popcorn etc). Also, if your tooth went in one side and out the other, you should see a physician to be evaluated if you need antibiotic prophylaxis to prevent an infected pocket from forming.

Probably bled: More than likely you caused bleeding inside the lip, and this formed a fibrous clot that now feels like a lump. If that, it will, slowly resorb. But it could be more serious like an infection/abscess, that may need antibiotic and surgical drainage/removal. A human bite is the dirtiest and most dangerous in the animal kingdom. Is he still ur boyfriend? Young woman, never do that again (or, guy, run).
