i have little white fleshed bumps going down a line on the inside of my labia majora near my minora. what is it? no pain, redness or anything.

Normal: It's normal to have a lot of bumpy looking tissue in the vagina and labial area.  The bumps you describe could be your normal vaginal architecture, or it could also be an infection like hpv.  At your next gyn exam, ask your doctor. Typically on visual inspection it's easy to tell the difference.  I've definitely had women concerned about bumps that are normal architecture of the vagina.

Vaginal itching: One very common cause of vaginal/vulvar itching would be a yeast infection. In the early stages there may not be any discharge. A simple thing to try is to treat with otc Monistat or Clotrimazole cream to see if it resolves. If not, probably best to consult a physician.

Herpes?: I am concerned that this is a herpes outbreak and not a yeast infection. Herpes often looks like small "cuts" or tears in the vaginal tissue. Itching, redness and irritation are all common symptoms. Yeast is a possibility but I would see an obgyn and ask to be evaluated for a possible herpes outbreak

Inflammation.: Can be infection, allergy to latex/spermicide/sperm/lubricant. Just post-vigourous sexual activity may be a simple Dx.

Fungal infection: could be fungal. se your doctor, may need swabs and some anti fungal treatment line miconazole cream.

Yeast or other: A yeast infection is the most likely cause and over the counter medications are available. Herpes infections can cause similar symptoms. Allergic reactions also. An examination will confirm.

See a doctor: Rashes are very different and require a in person evaluation to accurately diagnose and treat. Many things could be causing a redness of the labia. Please see your gynecologist.

Likely a cyst : It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.
