Sounds unusual: If this is the first time it has occurred it is most likely an allergic reaction of some type and shoul resolve with a topical hydrocortisone. If it worsens, recurs or does not improve, i would seek the care and evaluation of a dermatologist.

Itchy Palm: You probably have an allergy or contact dermatitis that is causing your palm to itch. Tinea manum (ringworm of hand) or scabies are other causes. Contact dermatitis could be due to anything that your hand and feet come in contact with. You must get an allergy test done, either a skin test or rast, to know what you are allergic to. Please consult a skin specialist.

Ulnar neuropathy: Injury of the ulnar nerve can cause grip weakness and tingling/ itching/ sensory changes of pinkie finger ; palmar side of hand, and possibly referred pain/ sensory loss up to forearm. Deficits ; pain of nerve injury characteristically comes and goes. Have your neurologist check you out and make recommendations. Good luck!

Muscle aches: Muscle aches with associated flushed feelings but no fever are still suspicious of an infection, probably viral. Observe for other new symptoms like sore throat, headache, nasal congestion, cough, rash, diarrhea or urinary symptoms. At this time I recommend resting, good fluid intake and taking Tylenol.

Spot: Sounds like a an abscess , sebaceous cyst or some type of folliculitis. Typically a lesion of this nature would need incision and drainage. I would be seen by a provider.
