First...: First and foremost it is important that you see a counselor in order to help you cope with your new body changes after pregnancy. That should help you feel better about yourself no matter what. Second, a good diet and exercise plan could help as well. Visit a Nutritionist. Third, if the skin is very flaccid see a Plastic Surgeon for evaluation and possible surgery to get rid of extra skin tissue.

Exercise alone, often isn't enough, for people to lose any significant amount of weight.  It may be that you have to take a closer look at your caloric intake and focus on some sort of caloric reduction. But there are other causes too
