Depends: As in why your stomach is "big". Some people have protuberant bellies just by the nature of the muscular structure. It could still be body fat related though too. Exercise alone, often isn't enough, for people to lose any significant amount of weight. It may be that you have to take a closer look at your caloric intake and focus on some sort of caloric reduction. But there are other causes too
