Follow this: Wash affected area under cold water immediately.Apply antihistamine, a corticostetoid .An analgesic.Apply a bag of ice over the ointment to reduce pain and inflammation.Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) & a dose of  any pain killer.Go to the emergency room to get evaluated for scorpion anti-venom.Watch for serious reactioms eg muscle spasms, hyperventillation racing pulse or heartbeat, disorientation, anaphylactic shock.

None really: Depends: did u bite ur own tongue or did something else bite ur tongue? If u bit ur own tongue, nothing much to do rinse w salt water let it heal. If it's bleeding severely and won't stop go to er or oral surgeon for stitches and antibiotics that would have to be from external trauma like car crash or punch. If u accid bit ur own tongue & it starts becoming infected go to dentist for antibiotic.

Yes: Protect the person from harming themselves . It's not necessary to place anything in their mouth   because that is too dangerous for them and for the first aid provider.  Sometimes it's necessary to provide padding for their head and for arms in case they're flailing so they don't hurt themselves.

Check out: I would recommend checking out a first aid kit on the shelf at a box store.  You want to make sure that you have bandages, cold pack, scissors, gloves, gauze, pocket mask, tape... I recommend tweezers, alcohol pads, and telfa too.

RICE: Rest (limit activity, use of injured join), ice (ice pack over cloth 15 minutes or ice massage with an ice cube directly over the area of tenderness for 5 minutes), compression (ace wrap or compressive sleeve) and elevation of the injured part.  If you don't note continued, adequate improvement be sure to seek a medical evaluation.
