i'm a 26, fit, and a healthy female. i eat clean & exercise 5 days a week. lately, my heart rate increases after a meal. why is this? thanks!

Meals and pulse: When we eat, blood to intestines increases. Blood elsewhere can decrease. If you are a bit dehydrated, this change will be more noticeable. Of course, caffeine will raise heart rate.

Deconditioning: If you are otherwise healthy, have no known heart disease, no anemia or other health conditions- your high heart rate when you exercise is most likely related to deconditioning.( meaning being out of shape)
How long ago did you start exercising? 
In any case it is advisable to be examined by your doctor who will decide whether any tests are necessary.

What does that mean?: Your "heart rate increases dangerously during exercise"   Who says it's dangerous? How fast is it?  It may be nothing, it may be something. Only way to know is go to a doctor and check it out.

after eating my heart rate increases to somewhere between 100 and 130.  normally it is between 60 to 80.  i exercise daily but feel tired. is this ok?

Heart rate: You should wait at least an hour after eating before exercising. I anticipate that you will feel much better.

: Maybe injury to ribs, muscle strain or, more serious, inflammation around your heart (pericarditis). Best to physically see a doctor so you can be examined and (maybe) get a test on your heart (EKG)

BREATHLESS: Though it is not unusual for a heart rate that high to sometimes produce a sensation of breathlessness, it IS unusual for a young, healthy person to develop such high heart rate while 'doing a little cleaning'.  At the very least, this issue should be discussed promptly with your PCP; but with your age and symptoms, and ER visit would not be unreasonable either.   Can discuss further via inbox.
