Anemic?: If your iron is low enough to make you anemic (low blood count), your heart will work harder to deliver oxygen to your body with a faster and more forceful beat. Thais may also make you short of breath. The chest pain may not be related.

Pressure: Pressure inside all areas of the head - brain, sinus, ear all increases when you lie down.  This often increases headache.

Depends: Sometimes, you have a headache, you go to sleep and wake up headache free. But if you wake up with a headache, either the headache is too severe for sleep to stop it or you develop a new headache during sleep. Headache is a form of pain so it can activate brain activities and wake you up.

Triggers: Headaches are always triggered by some issue, such as glutamate sensitivity, in migraine, or jaw, dental, or sinus issues causing tension headaches.  A pattern may get established by usage of daily tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen.  Get this evaluated and treated.

Headaches: Hello, it sounds like your activities and exposures to the fumes and chemicals you are working with are triggering your headaches. Try wearing a respirator, vent the fumes out of the home and minimize your exposures. Saline nasal washes after your exposures may help remove these irritating chemicals before they cause more headaches.

why are headaches associated with hypotension?

Two things: There is a rare cause of headaches related to low pressure in the spinal fluid. It can occur spontaneously or follow a spinal tap. The headache is better lying down and the BP idsnormal. The hypotension is just in the spianl fluid. It is possible that if the BP is low on standing, (orthostatic hypotension) the body produces more adrenaline which could cause a headache. (also worse on standing.).

Persistent headache: Headaches can be a concerning symptom and can have many causes.  Some are deserving of emergent treatment.  Warning signs are chronic headaches that suddenly change in quality or intensity, multiple headaches a week, new onset headaches that affect one's ability to function, associated vomiting, associated dizziness/double vision/neck ache/fever/weakness, or the need to take daily pain medication.

Best Headache Meds: A 2014 study indicates that medication containing a combination of acetylsalicylic acid, (aspirin), acetaminophen(paracetamol), and caffeine is more effective than acetaminophen alone.
