Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." however psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic &amp; inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of the urinary tract)must be considered &amp; addressed. Check with your doctor for examination &amp; treatment options.

Causes seem to be multifactorial (several causes working together): diet, stress, glandular disorders, medication effects, etc. Need eval, consider GI specialist, to exclude underlying diseases and Rx

Pregnancy?: Swollen stomach can be due to pregnancy which could lead to vomiting (morning sickness). Without adequate hydration & nutrition, you could also feel general body weakness. Of course, anemia from pregnancy could also do this. Best to check w/your doctor. If you're pregnant, there are many other causes for your symptoms which must be evaluated by your doctor so you still have to go see her/him.

: I do not think there is any connection between your nipple and a sensitive stomach. If your nipple is swollen and keeps getting worse, you should visit with your PCP for a proper physical examination to determine the cause of this problem. I do not think it is anything serious but there is no substitute for a physical exam done by a professional.
