Get seen: Positional dizziness is a concerning symptom that requires more work up than just testing anemia.  Part of the work up involves examination and observation so you must be seen again in the Physician's office.

Need to make sure: You need to make sure low blood pressure is the problem - see your primary care physician.  The most likely  cause of blood pressure drops with standing is dehydration.

Apprehension: This is fairly common. Concern over the stick, the result, your health condition trigger a reaction that results in a fall in blood pressure and slowing of the heart rate causing faintness.  Being hungry does not help. 
In most cases, it's not anything to worry about. Stand up slowly afterwards, and get some fluids in you.

Vertigo: If your symptoms started fairly recently, it might be worth waiting for some more time and they may resolve. Inner ear infections can cause them. If they are worsening, see your doctor again.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. BP,dizzy: As long as BP is treated ;try working slowly up to a particular exercise level ;if persistent get a treadmill stress test to assess rhythm and BP response to exercise.

MONITOR OK?: A blood pressure of 112/98 and 90/87 would be quite unusual. I would check your monitor to make sure it's accurate. Then check your blood pressure sitting and standing to see if it drops abnormally and makes you lightheaded. If so, avoid standing up too quickly.

Hydrate: You need to check your BP and your heart rate in a supine position, sitting ,and standing position and noticed the difference . Hydrate yourself well with water and juices avoid energy drink and caffeine

! get checked soon: Driving while dizzy can be a risk to you and other people.  Some people do fine with bp of 90/50, but for some people it's too low.  There is a condition called orthostatic hypotension, where the blood pressure goes down whena  person changes posture from lying to sitting or standing. you should be evaluated by a clinician who can review any medications or other reasons for low bp.
