why after elevating my leg or waking up in the morning and then stand up does my dvt leg turn red?therapeutically on coumadin (warfarin) for 3 months.

A number of things: Increased arterial flow, venous congestion, and possible early post thrombotic syndrome.  If you aren't wearing graduated compression stockings (30-40 mm hg, knee high), you should be.  Studies have shown that you need to wear them for two years after your clot.

Chondromalacia!: Either that or patellar tendinitis.  I suspect you have pain climbing stairs.  See your pcp!

No simple answer: Begin by determining what part of your leg (one leg, right?) is twitching.  Most likely will not be all of leg but will be some part of leg.  Determine if there is other function disturbance (sensation, weakness).  If possible, take video of the twitching to show doctor. Report findings to your doctor.  

Possibilities depend on distribution, associated symptoms, other aspects of your health.

? Sciatica: You need to provide more specific info. For instance, where in your leg is the tingling? Do you have low back pain? The symptoms you provide suggest that this is sciatica. Consult a rheumatologist or orthopedist.

Meralgia?: The sensory issues in the outer area of the thigh is often due to nerve irritation in the groin (called meralgia paraesthetica ! )   Due to increase weight ,pregnancy strenuous exercises etc  Usually not requiring any treatment beyond medications such as LYRICA  Diagnosed with a nerve test  (EMG)

my knee sometimes when im in a stand still position locks when i try to lift my leg and bend it im 5 months will this go away?

Knee locks: This locking suggests internal knee disorder such as a torn cartilage. The diagnosis would have to be made by both an examination by an orthopedic surgeon and an MRI of the knee.

i have a metal plate in my left fibula. how much weight can it take prior to giving out.i'm asking because i lift weights and want to work out my leg.

No limit: No limit on the plate for a human, as long as the bone is healed.
I take most plates out in patients under 50 at about a year post op.

i have a pain in my lower rt side of back not constant i can only bend about 30 fwd before a sharp can't sit straight or lift right leg w/o pain help?
