Are you Asian?  : There is a condition due to inability to metabolize alcohol call alcohol flush syndrome. Around 30% of asian descend people have it. Associated with flush, erythema and tachycardia.

: If you feel a pulse you are feeling the artery, not the vein. Drinking increases BP especially during withdrawal the next morning.  Show to your Dr sometime-no hurry.  
More than 2 drinks a day can increase BP all the time in some.

Intoxication: Alcohol causes many health problems such as dehydration that can cause a rapid heart rate.  There also is a condition known as the holiday heart syndrome that happens the day after a heavy night of drinking this is usually a sign of mild withdrawels, if these are happening to you see a doctor anyway to do an ekg and other tests to make sure its not more serous.

: Yes, that will be the right adjustment, decreasing caffeine and alcohol ( if applicable) ingested during the day and having balanced days as far as physical/ intellectual work allowing for enough reset time through sleep/rest.

Listen and take good notes. Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.  Keep track of everything going on and what. you eat or drink or smoke.  PVCs are very common and of no consequence.
