why does some chest heart pain only occur at night while lying in bed?

It depends...: On occasion, one might have an inflammatory process around the outside of the heart called pericarditis, which can cause chest pain that is worse when lying flat on your back. This is related to increased contact between the two layers of inflamed pericardium in this position. However, it is far more common for musculoskeletal chest pains, or acid reflux, to cause this type of symptom.

woke up with sharp chest/heart pain, shortness of breath and hands getting cold. what causes this? and is this normal? got better later on in the day.

Hard to say: Are you using drugs, alcohol, or other recreational aids? Lf you're otherwise healthy, my first thought would be anxiety. If it's more complicated, you should see your doc for a full evaluation.

chest pain, like a sore heart pain, for 15 days now. the pain was strong when i moved my torso. pain is on the left and in  middle. gets more uncomfortable in bed, feel nauseous as well. started serdep for panic disorder. should i just wait it out?
