Ruptured membranes: Indeed. Comically, I tell my girls to put a small jar of pickles in their bag. If their water breaks in a public place, say the grocery store or post office, throw and smash the jar of pickles and as they send people to clean up, quietly leave the store unnoticed in all the fuss.

Maybe: It my be related to the food that you are eating. On the other hand the excessive sweating may be related to a thyroid problem and/or the temp of your bedroom.

Quite possible: Your age is one problem if you are 65 or older.Over prolonged usage you may get liver or kidney impairment.   The vinegar smell is a warning that the drug has deteriorated. I would advise seeing your physician and discuses the taking of certirizine over such a prolonged time.

More detail needed..: There are so many variables... what is the air temp of yoursleeping area, what type of bed covers, what is your diet, what is your BMI, what other medicines, what other health issues? The odor could be the result of skin bacteria working on sweat chemicals. Sweatting is also a way the body can rid itself of toxins, hence the value of sauna therapy for detoxification. Consult with a Endocrinologist

Smell of excedrin: Excedrin contains Aspirin which is an acid and does smell like vinegar which is also an acid.

i have the smell of rotten vinegar discharge from my urine, what could this possibly be? this problem started about 2 weeks ago, and i have no idea what is causing it, can you please give me a general direction to look at for the cause. thank you.....

If : If it is in fact coming from your urine then you may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (uti). Often times they present with a foul urine odor. In addition with uti's you could experience urinary frequency, burning with urination, and lower abdominal pain. 
On the other hand if you are a female the smell could be from vaginal discharge. Certain vaginal bacterial infections have a foul odor. Regardless you should be evaluated by your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

I am not sure?: Any signs of infection? Signs of infection can include: increased swelling, redness, tenderness, ^ pain, warmth, red streaks,  purulent drainage, swollen lymph nodes or fever.  Medical evaluation may be warranted. What help are receiving for your cutting?

Stomach acid: The most likely cause of a vinegar smell is stomach acid. Babies may occasionally spit up stomach acids, especially when new foods are being introduced. If your baby smells of vinegars often then he may have gastroesophageal reflus disease, where the stomach spincter does not close completely allowing stomach acid to go back up thru the esophagus. 
If this happens often see the doctor.
