Red meat.: Some red meats can be hard on peoples stomach. Each person can react differently to different types of foods. Avoid the ones which give you issues.

GALLBLADDER?: Common is common.  Usually, "spicy" foods are  also greasy.  Upper abdominal pain and flatulence are two classic symptoms of gallbladder dysfunction, and are made more severe with fatty food intake.  Discuss this with your doctor.  In the meantime, i suggest a lower fat diet to see if your symptoms lessen.  Good luck.

Have an exam: It's good that you are trying to eat since it is necessary for your health. But it sounds like you've been having a hard time in a few ways at least. See a doctor for a full general exam and let them know about all of these things. You may need lab work or imaging to DX well and you might benefit from a referral to a therapist for eating disorders. This will be a good way to get better. Best!

Wheat related?: Sounds like you feel it is related to wheat.  You may certainly eliminate wheat and wheat products from your diet as a trial.  If your symptoms go away and then recur when you reintroduce wheat products then i think you have an answer. You can approach your physician with this info and they can make further recommendations about testing.

Many causes do this: You need to see  your physician for an evaluation.  Some m. edicines do this, especially aspirin or drugs like Advil (ibuprofen).  Some people have ulcers or GERD, where fluid with acid from the stomach refluxes into the esophagus.  Sometimes, no cause is found, but treatment reduces the burning.  In any case, it is worthwhile to find out how to solve the problem, so make an appointment.

Lactose intolerance?: Could be related to an intolerance of the sugars or proteins in milk.  Does this happen with other milk products?  Try cutting out the milk or using lactase from the grocery store or pharmacy.

Several possibilites: This could be due to a few different reasons. It could be heartburn or gastritis. It could also be  a bad gallbladder. Another possibility would be irritable bowel disease. If it is a recent concern, it also could just be from a viral infection. If your symptoms continue or worsen, you should see your doctor.
