Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.

Cramps: if the cramps and loose stools came while on your cycle then this from a hormone called prostaglandin and is normal.  ibuprofen is and anti-prostaglandin and will help with the next cycle.

: It is not clear what "something" one eats. Carbs, Protein, Fat, Fruits, vitamins, Drinks... One should make a list of the items/foods that are associated with diarrhea and go over it with the PCP while considering the Gastroenterologist and/or the Allergist for Consultation.
