Dont worry: Take 4 dulcolax tablets at night (all 4 as one dose). Next morning you will have good bm. And will clean your system. Then take Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg, one tablet every night for 2 weeks.

Hernia: It sounds as if you may have what's called a ventral hernia, which basically means a defect in your abdominal wall through which your organs can start to protrude, which can lead to pain and bloating sensations.  See a physician for further evaluation.

GI evaluation: You should have a gastroenterology evaluation, which means start with your Internist/GP to evaluate the basics.  If you have fever or bloody stool this could be inflammatory bowel disease.  Regardless, you need a good evaluation to start addressing this problem.

ER not the place: to go for evaluation of something like this.  You need to see a family doc, but first keep a diary of everything you eat, how soon this happens, how long it lasts, what relieves it, and any other symptoms you may have as well as your weight.  Try eating very small meals very frequently and of course avoid any food or drink (especially gas producing ones) that cause this to happen.  Good luck!

Bloating is the sensation of distention of your abdomen, such as when we have excess of intestinal gas or when women approach their periods. Shortness of breath, although not common in most cases of bloating, may occasionally be seen in extreme abdominal distention. Irregular heart rate is not related to bloating by any means.
