This : This could be ulcer or reflux. Does not sound like lactose intolerance.
Try an antacid medication like prilosec. If the symptoms persist and endoscopy would be indicated to have a look in the stomach.

Gastritis: Gastritis refers to inflammation of stomach lining. Calcium, H2 blockers &amp; proton pump inhibitors, all available over-the-counter w/o prescription are often used to treat this condition along w/others, eg heartburn, indigestion, acid reflux, etc. I don't see any harm in eating ice cream (dairy products contain calcium, after all) but don't overdo it! Too many calories &amp; not enough nutrition.

Lactos intolerance: Sounds like a good case for lactose intolerance.  Some people lack the enzyme that breaks down milk sugar.  This causes intestinal cramping, bloating, diarrhea when milk or milk products are ingested.  Treatment is to avoid milk products or to take a replacement enzyme along with any ingested milk product.  Sold over the counter at grocery and pharmacy as lact aid (lactase).

Hyperactive bowel: People who complain of stomach cramps usually have abdominal cramps .  This could be as benign as an active gastro colic reflex which is usually associated with some bowel activity or some delay in gastric emptying.

On the left side there's a kidney. On the left side there's a pancreas. And then on the left side there muscles and bones and joints. We will need a lot more information to help clarify this for you.
