why does my left thigh hurts so much after i injected into it?

Need more info: Pain after an injection can be from the medicine injected.  Some cause a lot of inflammation and pain. Other times there is a bruise if a blood vessel was hit;  that can cause soreness.  These causes usually resolve quickly as the medicine/blood is absorbed.  A worse cause is if a nerve has been hit.  That can hurt for awhile.  Such pain usually radiates into other areas.

Difficult to say: Many causes of muscle pain.  Are you on a cholesterol medicine?  Potentially could be a virus such as parvo.  Could be other things as well.  I would recommend seeing your physician

See your doctor: If you are hurting after an epidural you might want to see the doctor who performed this. Was your epidural for labor and delivery or was it due to lumbar radiculopathy? If you were already hurting on your thigh even before this procedure, the effects of epidural steroids are not always immediate. But if this symptom is new then have it checked immediately by your physician.

Thigh pain: Although you did not do anything specific, you likely have irritated it from some type of activity.  This could be the result of some type of electrolyte problem .  I would give it a rest and I think it will resolve.  If problem persists get checked.

Pain in left testis: Hi, There are many possible causes of pain the the testicle.  I could list all of the possible causes, but I would not want to scare you.  Check it out with your doctor.  The pain could be coming from your abdomen or somewhere else.

Lipoma: There are many different things this lump could be.  Being that you have had cancer before it would be a very good idea to have it checked by your doctor. It is probably something benign like a Lipoma.  I feel it is important to get an accurate diagnosis so you and your doctor can decide how to treat it.
