Neuritis: Pain in the lower abdomen that is exacerbated by coughing or lifting is commonly an abdominal wall neuritis and not usually the ovary (unless it is quite enlarged).  Try a heating pad and if the pain improves even a little while the heat is on this means it is fairly superficial pain and not deep down in the area of your bowels or ovary.  Neuritis pain will resume after heat pad removed

Ovarian pain: radiates to both sides of the lower abdomen - shares nerve supply with this area but there are a variety of other possibilites -some potentially serious eg urine or pelvic infection,  pregnancy related problem if sexually aticve, or less serious such as muscle/spine.  If not already assessed please see a doctor to sor t this out, urgently if severe pain

See a doctor: You may have strained a muscle by coughing, and now when you cough it will tweak that muscle.  If you have an ovarian cyst it is possible that you are tugging on that area, but the only way to find out what this is would be to see a professional and get examined.

about 3 days  before my cycle, my left side hurts really bad. like my ovary.  i cant stand to be pushed or touched on that side. is that normal?

2-could be an ovarian cyst
3-could be a bowel problem

Ovary? 22yrs old? no: At that age NO. you should get check for hernia fibroid(s) other possible masses!

Coincidence: No reason to think that the shots are causing your ovary pain. It is just coincidence that you got the pain the day you got the shots.

???: Your ovaries are up higher in your abdomen and a bit more off to each side. I am confused as to where your pain hurts. It is not uncommon to have some pain with ovulation which usually alternates side to side monthly.

You could have: a variety of causes, from an ovarian cyst to a pelvic infection.   If you are pregnant, this would be a concerning pain.   It’s best to be checked out with an exam from a physician.

Left abd pain: This kind of cramping or pain can certainly occur with constipation, and can indicate inflammatory bowel disease. Ask your gyn for a referral to a GI physician, if ovarian disease has been ruled out.
