Yes/evaluate: Please proceed to your local Emergency Room for further care. She may have had a seizure, or hit her head while playing. If she is back to her usual baseline, the other option may be Pediatric Urgent Care.  Monitor her alertness and watch for signs of distress and vomiting.

Migraine: This is migraine; some tips:  sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.  Smoking cessation.  Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day.  Moderation of caffeine intake, less than 5 cups coffee per day.  Stress reduction. Riboflavin 400 mg/day, and/or magnesium oxide 400-800 mg/day. Yoga, gentle stretching, massage, meditation. Maybe bug bite: How is your skin over the one spot that hurts? Consider antibiotic ointment on it. Do you have high blood pressure?

got teeth fillings (6) 6 days. every since i have headache and teeth hurt the whole day. headache is on one side of head and wakes me up at night. why?

Go back: you may need to have your dentist adjust your recent fillings. when your mouth is anesthetized  (numb) you don't always bite down the same way.  it's not something you can fix yourself.  the best outcome would be that the adjustment fixes the problem. there are other post operative complications that can develop as well but let's think positively that it's a minor ajustment.

Rule out ear problem: Ruling out ear infection is especially important so that the possibility of hearing loss can be avoided.  Also it is important that your physician rule out the possibility of infection the ear first  before making the assumption that the problem is related to TMJ. See your PCP.
