Can't tell: If you started puberty at age 12 (first got pubic hair), then you may have another inch or two.  If you started earlier, you may be done with your growth.

my friends  shoulders hurt when he reaches behind his back, head, and when he sleeps on his shoulders. is it common for rotator tear in both shoulders?

Complex Joint: The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries  (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labral pathology, impingement, etc) can cause pain/ weakness, especially when lifing the arm. Some injuries of the soulder occur due to acute injury and some are from overuse. I suggest he see an orthopedist for a complete exam.

Sounds like: You need some instruction and counseling about stress and relaxation. Get some hobbies, do some exercise, take deep breaths, yoga, meditation. They all can help.

Counseling, time &..: My condolences.When someone commits suicide it's common for friends & family to feel partly responsible but usually the departed was very depressed & it has little to do with others.I don't know if you or anyone could have helped if your friend didn't ask for help.Seeing a grief counselor or attending a support group can help.The passage of time will help-acute grief lasts about a year.See comment.

An anxious mind: Psychologists, psychiatrists, generalists and internists are all available to you to explore your problem.  Your time of life might be a contributing factor.  Approach it openly and you may find some relief.

Intrusive thoughts: Intrusive ruminative thoughts can be very painful and distressing. I am sorry you have been struggling.  I am unsure what dose of citalopram you took but often ocd can require higher doses. Also it can take up to 12 weeks to see the effect. Always discuss dosing with the prescribing phsyician and remember cbt for ocd is extremely helpful alone or in combination with medications.

how do i get head lice and nits off of my friends head?

Pediculocide, comb: A pediculocide, like nix (permethrin) or rid is applied.  Follow directions exactly!  this will kill the lice-but it's not immediate.  Next, use a nit comb (i like the lice meister) and comb through each section of hair.  Rinse the comb off after each stroke, to remove any lice/nits in the teeth. Use the nit comb daily x 7 days.  Some pediulocide should be reapplied in 7 days.

Did you pass out?: Ask your friends if you passed out. If yes, play it safe and have your doctor examine your brain function/neurological function. If you did not get knocked unconscious there is no reason to see a doctor if you have no symptoms.

Yes: When you squeeze out the white sebum and sometimes some blood, they heal faster and better. This does NOT cause scars. Forget about home remedies for this. If you have significant acne see a dermatologist.
