Mucocele: This could be a Mucocele or mucous retention lesion. We all have many minor salivary glands throughout the mouth and are about the size of a b.b. pellet. Sometimes they can get blocked or clogged and a small balloon of salivary fluid forms. They usually do not hurt. You should have it checked out because in rare cases they can be caused by a minor salivary gland tumor and should be removed.

If that doesn't work, then you may want to see a Urologist to consider circumcision.

No long term effect: This is just a sensitive tissue. Any effects on it are local and it can and does tear on occasion. You may want to consult with a urologist to see if they can decide if the frenulum should be modified so your normal activities don't trigger pain.

i have short frenulum, when my penis is erect only half of the glans is visible. i am 23 years old virgin, does it hurt if i do intercourse in future? or is it manageable?

: If your foreskin is supple and can move back and forth on the glans -you are O.K. If it is tight it can be loosened by gently manipulating it back an forward on the glans daily using some baby oil. You will be fine . Don't worry.
