i sweat from my head everyday and i end up with an irritated hairline and behind my ears. they burn when i sweat.  why? i don't use any products.

Hyperhydrosis,eczema: with the symptoms you have I wonder about a combination of hyperhydrosis (excess sweating) and eczema (dry, irritated skin). Unfortunately with skin/hair issues must be seen to make proper diagnosis and effect proper treatment. Best to see your doctor for evaluation. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R

Cholinergic urticari: Sounds like a condition known as choline rigid urticaria when the body temperature rises, usually due to exercise, flushing, hives and itch can occur. Simple therapy is to use something like a non-sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine and possibly adding an h2 blocker like ranitidine.

Night Sweats: There are a number of medical conditions that can cause your symptoms: tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, pulmonary actinomycosis, empyema and other medical conditions.  See your doctor as soon as possible.

Ask: The key to proper care is open communication with your physician, usually starting with your family/primary care physician.  You should have a thorough discussion, review of symptoms, and physical examination by your family physician.  Only with that initial approach can a proper diagnosis and/or treatment and/or referral be made.  Be well.

when i sweat my face and upper body break out in a rash. the rash is extremely itchy and burns. lasts for 5 minutes. only happens when i sweat. why?

There are many cause: of urticaria or hives. Cold and heat can both cause a temporary hive eruption. I usually recommend antihistamines prior to activities that lead to sweating. but verify with doctor:)

Medication is but: one possibility.  A mental health professional can teach you ways to deal w/anxiety.  Start w/a visit to your doc and he/she may give you a referral.  Medication has its place but please don't rely on that alone.  Peace and good health.

i'm in surgical menopause.my face gets a burning feeling and i get a little sweat above top lip and at eyebrows.is this a hot flash or something else.

I suspect it's: something else, that is an unusual experience for a hot flash, which are nearly always felt as a whole body flush.

Time: Give it time and it will heal. Skin may show flaky patches in areas that got sun burnt.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Allergic rash??: I am not sure. BUT, if you have developed rashes from taking antibiotics - you may be having an allergic reaction. Please let your prescribing doctor know (promptly)

extreme dizziness and body burning with a cold sweat...what can cause that?

Dizziness: Sudden, persistent "extreme" dizziness can be from a viral inner ear infection.  I would suggest going to the emergency room, as they can give you medication to allege the symptoms.  Feel better.
