i laughed so hard this morning. now, the left side of my neck hurts with movement. from behind my ear, down the front of my neck, over to my left mid collar bone. it hurts to smile. did i hurt myself while laughing? what can i do?

Pulled muscle: It is wonderful to hear of overflowing joy and laughter.  Try a warm compress and some Tylenol for comfort.  Allow a few days for muscle pains to resolve.

Musculo-skletal: pain coming from the contrction of the muscles and pulled ligament from the area . It would not cause you any harm in general.

Seek evaluation: It is not common for you to be complaining of constant pain in your collarbone.  I would recommend an orthopaedic surgery evaluation with xrays to help investigate.

Possible fracture: There may be an occult (hidden) fracture of the collar bone.  If you have not had x-rays, then you should see an orthopedist for further evaluation.

Yep, I bet it does: Most heal without surgery without resulting in significant residual pain and/or dysfunction. If the doctor is concerned that it won't heal without surgery or that it would heal and result in pain and/or dysfunction, the doctor will discuss surgery. Those that require surgery usually do great after surgery.

Joint pain or chest?: Does it hurt at one end or the other, or in the middle? Any other activities make it hurt? Could be either a joint problem (at an end of the collar bone) or from your chest / lungs underneath.

Nonspecific: Your complaint is unfortunately rather nonspecific and could be due to any number of things, such as chest specific pathology (i.e. Lungs, heart, great vessels), soft tissue inflammation (myofasciitis), spine (disc degeneration, pinched nerve, etc).  If the pain has been present for a long time or is not getting any better you should see a physician.

for two days the back of my neck/head, shoulders and collar bone hurt. but it's more like my skin hurts, only when something touches it?  it's weird..

neck pain : Wonder if you experience some type of trauma. It is unlikely for something of this nature to present on its own at your age. It sounds like a nerve type pain giving your sensitivity to touch. You need to see your doctor and be evaluated.
