See your doctor: That is a condition that needs to be evaluated soon. I am not sure how long he has been vomiting but he should be seen. Does he have diarrhea or fever or abdominal pain. Have your doctor evaluate your son soon.

Food causes vomiting: Your friend probably has an allergy or severe sensitivity to some food probably a meat protein.  Keep tract of what she eats and when she gets sick.  Stop any suspicious food and try to eliminate the culprit.  If you cannot pinpoint the culprit see an allergist to help you.

See a doctor: If your father is vomiting everything back up, he will dehydrate quickly. Please take him to the hospital emergency department for evaluation and treatment

Perhaps: Perhaps you have become intolerant to tuna.  Is this pure tuna or does it have mayonnaise, or oil in it.  You might be intolerant to that instead of tuna.

i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lately i have been vomiting every time i eat greasy foods. can this be related to the fibromyalgia ?

Yes, but if ONLY: After eating fatty foods some people w/ gall bladder problems feel awful - so if you ONLY suffer after fatty food - no other times - have an exam to rule out a gall bladder issue. But yes, fibromyalgia can be accompanied by nausea. Most reasons are indirect - i.e., meds, etc. Here's a link about it:

?Esophageal issue?: If you are truly vomiting all attempts at solid or liquid intake, it is likely you have an esophageal problem (web/ring/stricture/allergy), and this should be urgently evaluated by a gastroenterologist, as you will become dehydrated and ill.

i've always had a sensitive stomach, but now i can't keep anything down. even worse, every time i eat i vomit blue stuff! help!

You do need help!: I really can't make much of the blue vomit: perhaps bile (yellowish/greenish) mixed with pink Pepto-Bismal or something you might be taking? Most concerning: not keeping anything down.One can wait it out if it is just a bug (12-36 hours), but if longer you need prompt/immediate medical attention to prevent serious complications from dehydration, etc. Go to the ER or your doctor's today! Go to Emergency.: Vomiting for 24 hours is serious. There are many reasons , some very serious. Please go to emergency to have blood tests , intravenous fluids and evaluation.

You need to be seen: for evaluation of gastrointestinal disorder, the most common is GERD, Gastro espophageal reflux disease, which can cause such symptoms, meanwhile try drinking lots of plain water during and after meals, use OTC antacid on regular basis till you see your doctor, good luck
