Sounds like yeast: It sounds like yeast infection. Try over the counter lamisil (terbinafine) cream twice a day but if it does not resolve see a doctor for testing and exam.

Fungal infection: What you described suggests a fungal infection, like ringworm or jock itch. You may try over the counter medication for ringworm, like Lamisil. If that does not resolve the issue in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

Bumps on penis: The bumps may be ingrown hairs, pimples, or warts,  part of this may also be due to an std or fungus.  So, it may be minor or a bit more involved.  In any case your doc can determine what it is and treat it.  Dark damp places can make all of this worse. The very best to you.

Pee: You likely have a urinary tract infection. This is caused by bacteria in your urine. Get a urine analysis at your doctors office and see if this is the case. If so he will provide you a 3 day course of antibiotics for treatment.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. However, itching can be a sign of healing skin. If your skin is healing and you do not have fever or weight loss, you may watch and wait.

Vulvovaginitis: It is common to get itchy redness with discharge,
whether sexually active or not. You can apply locally
OTC Mycology ointment 2x/d until gone. If symptoms aren't resolving, see your GYN MD to culture for yeast or other org and treat by script if indicated.

Please have her go to a doctor if things are not getting better.
No intercourse for a while till she is fully recovered and not mad at you!

Yes: it is still in the road to  complete recovery,specially the reripherical nerves involved in this type of injury
