Sounds a lot: like IBS C (Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Constipation)
Speak with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) since this is usually a "Diagnosis of Exclusion" (after other more serious possibilities are eliminated)

Flatus: May not be toxic usually, there are documented cases of health care workers causing infections by doing this in the operating room. But it sure is rude!

Hypoxia: Standing in front of a gas fire can lead to hypoxia (decrease in oxygen levels of the body) which can cause a faint feeling.  The brain needs a healthy amount of oxygen to function!

Needs to be checked: It seems like you are coming up with some kind of viral infection . With all the symptoms you mentioned, I will suggest you take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain or if temp goes higher, rest and drink plenty fluids. Make an appointment with your doctor and get checked if there is anything else needed after the diagnosis is made.good luck

Could be: If the pain persists for more than a couple of weeks or gets worse it would be prudent to see your doctor. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

had cramp for one day on front left side of bladder/abdomen/crevice of thigh area after excessive masturbation for a whole day. felt like gas maybe?

Muscle strain: This could be a small hernia or an irritated muscle. It is not gas.
