i was eating and i swallowed a piece of bread. im not sure if it was to big or what but it hurt when it went down. i continued to eat and i didnt have anymore pain. should i be worried? or is it probably nothing?

: It happens at times and there will be no long lasting damage to your throat or food pipe.

Food poisoning?: So what's your question? Sorry but i'm not clear as to your sequence of events. Were you healthy and then your stomach started hurting & developed nausea after you ate banana bread? Or your stomach was already hurting, then you ate banana bread & felt nauseated? Former makes me think of food poisoning while latter might be gastritis or ulcer. Go see your family doc for evaluation & treatment.

Could be gingivitis.: Generally cavities that would be so advanced that biting into bread causes pain are associated with cracked/fractured teeth.  Gum disease is much different though. See your dentist or a periodontist.

why is my tooth hurting when i eat food like when i eat a pizza it hurts a little or when i bite down on sweet bread

It : It is very possible your tooth has a cavity, or if it already has a filling, the filling might be cracked.

Your best bet is to see a dentist who can examine you, tell you exactly what is wrong and how to fix it.

i maybe swallowed glass shards, a piece of bread fell on the floor and i ate it, only to realize after that there had been glass on the ground. if i did swallow any shards they were less than 2mm. it may be psychosomatic, but my neck hurts on 1 side?

See your Doc: Even though you suspect the pain to be psychosomatic , it continues to worry you.  From what you described, it sounds like you didn’t notice swallowing glass immediately.  This only occurred to you when you thought about there being glass on the floor.  The longer you worry without being checked, the worse you feel both physically and emotionally.  Ask your doctor for help so you can relax.

Not necessarily: Causes of recurrent abdominal discomfort as described may be identified by first addressing accompanying signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Gender? Risks?

Moldy bread: There is no need for alarm.  The mold on the bread will not harm either you or the fetus.  Chances are that you have eaten very small amounts of mold on bread before that you have not seen.
