Neuropathy: Is a common cause of itching in bed. Some causes of neuropathy are conditions that affect back, diabetes and vitamin b anemia. Fungus and or other type of dermatitis is possible. Is there any visible scaling, peeling or cracking of skin?

Yes: After climbing into bed, the skin warms gradually, and the sweat glands become somewhat more active, just enough to cause itching of dry skin, which is more common on the feet and also pregnant women.

Itchy: Skin disorders common for itchy feet secondary to fungal infection or feet getting moist then dry. Powder to the feet can help. However, itchiness can be from internal disorders that can effect the nerves to the feet or histamine response.

Yeast medication: If you feel like you have a yeast infection then it is reasonable to try an over the counter yeast medication. These are available at any pharmacy. Probiotics are not likely to treat a true yeast infection

can a tooth infection cause scratchy throat, itchy, painful ears w/ fluid, & stuffy nose? i am on amoxicillin for tooth & having it pulled next week.

Your symptoms: It sounds like you have two things going on- in addition to the tooth infection you may have a viral infection/common cold. See your dentist as scheduled and consider seeing your primary care physician if you have fever, or your symptoms get worse or don't resolve in a few days.
