Impossible to say: Without actually looking at it.  If it doesn't itch, it doesn't sound like a fungal infection.  It could be prominent veins or even skin cancer, so it is best to show it to a doctor.

Dermatitis: Itching of the skin with redness and bumps usually represents a form of dermatitis.  A Dermatologist or primary care physician can evaluate your skin to diagnose exactly what the problem is.  Trying different creams by trial and error may cure the problem, but only by accident.  
Get some professional help with the problem, that way an accurate diagnosis can be made

Set limits: Sexual behavior should be mutually delightful.  You need to tell your BF what limits you expect.  He probably does not know what your end points might be so you need to advise him.  He may have his own limits.   If he persists in overstepping what you are comfortable with, then you might consider another BF.

Eczema: This can be eczema or dry skin of the nipple, try applying vaseline and if not helpful Hydrocortisone cream.

two days ago i burned my breast with bacon grease and it really hurts and itches now. what should i do?

: Depends on the type of skin burn: First degree burns are red, painful and dry but no blisters. No ointment. Apply a hydrocolloid pad for pain relief. Second degree burns are red, swollen and blistered. Do not pop the blister. Apply antibiotic ointment and cover with a soft non-stick gauze pad. Third Degree burns appear white, charred and painless since the nerves are destroyed. See a DR for these.

i'm 18, i have a very small-medium raised area on my breast and it itches it just started today...what could it be?

Unsure: If it came up in one day and itches i would think of an allergy.  If it is tender there are things like shingles.  With this i would use a topical jel and watch for a couple days.
