Just a thought: but a sneeze INCREASES intraabdominal Pressure "squeezing" the SPINE just enough to perhaps have a BULGING L4-L5 disc to press on the nerve running down your leg.....
Just a thought...a bit "far fetched" but hope it is helpful particularly if you have a back problem!

May be: What you described is not a cause for concern.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Disk problem?: I think you need to consult an orthopedic surgeon ASAP since this suggests that there is some compression on the nerves to your legs. The passing out may also require a neurology evaluation. Don't delay

Get seen: If i'm understanding what you wrote, you have a spinal cord stimulator due to sciatica?  If so and now you have severe symptoms you first need to see your pain doctor ASAP to check the SCS for any problems.  You may need imaging to look for a new herniated disc.

No: This may be a sign of herniated discs in the neck. With the trauma and movement of the spine during a sneeze, the cervical rootlets may be being stressed. This might be worth getting checked by your pcp.

See a doctor: It sounds like you probably have a herniated disc. This will usually respond to rest and physical therapy but see a doctor who can evaluate and set you up with physical therapy. Could be allergies: If you have been sneezing, could be seasonal allergies which could cause body aches as well.  However we are in the middle of a pandemic, may be a good idea to get checked for covid 19.  Some of the symptoms include muscle or body aches and chest pains.  Other symptoms: headache, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, chills/shakes. Get checked if not social distancing nor wearing a mask.
