Bruxism: It is very likely that you have a habit of grinding on your two front teeth while you sleep. This can cause soreness of the tissues around the roots of the teeth as well as slight mobility of the teeth. You should see a dentist to evaluate your occlusion (bite), rule out other causes, and consider the use of a night guard.

Swelling: If teeth are not flossed daily as space between teeth is closed gums will swell.  Couple this with the irritation from your deep overbite and you have an addressable problem that can be very annoying.  Please see the General Dentist or specialist Orthodontist that is treating you for adjustment to your braces and your Oral Hygiene that will give you relief.

Possible infection: Typically "sensitive teeth" do not cause pain at the level  you are describing.  The white and painful palate is concerning for infection in the soft tissue. It does not take long for infection to travel from your mouth into your brain so this needs to be looked at today as 24 hours can make a big difference. If you cannot see your Dentist then utilize Urgent Care or ER.
