Get help: A 24 y/o should not have those problems.  Symptoms like those can be from many organ systems.. Your family doctor should be able to evaluate and rule in or out many things with possibly doing blood tests and x-rays, or refer you to who he feels as a specialist can best treat what your doctor thinks you may be suffering from.

Lymes: Well the first question is when was she diagnosed and did she get treatment right away?  Sounds to me she has the lymes for a while and perhaps did not get immediate treatment so now she is getting the flare ups. You need for her to see a doctor for treatment right away. This is a progressive disease and she can gave some serious affects without medical attention

my temperature has been ranging from 93 to 95 for about a week. i feel very tired, have difficulty concentrating and my muscles in my arms and legs hurt. how concerned should i be?

Not sure why your: temperature is low, but sometimes a viral infection can cause relative hypothermia.  Your symptoms certainly point towards either some hormonal imbalance (thyroid or cortisol) or early infection.  Check your core temperature (rectal or oral) and see if it is different.  If it continues I would get myself to a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.

i have rls and my medicines are citalopram and  carbidopa/levo. my legs hurt and i can't sleep and wake up tired and sleepy. what can help me sleep?

See PCP.: There are specific drugs to treat rls, like ropinorole  . Klonopin (clonazepam) has been used as well. See your pcp for help.

A : A long term side effect of diabetes is peripheral vascular disease, which can decrease blood flow to the legs. Pain in your legs with walking can be a sign of poor circulation. It is crucial you keep your doctor aprised of your medical conditions and let him/her know about the pain. The pain may also be caused by poor circulation as a result of a blood clot in the leg.
In the meantime, wear compression stockings to promote circulation, lie down with your legs elevated and good job on staying active. Also, look at your feet often to observe for any sores, as in case circulation is a problem, you'll want to take very good care of the parts of your body that may be affected by poor circulation.  See your doctor. Your doctor needs to investigate this pain.

i have pathologically brisk reflexes, tremors, extreme tiredness and leg pain. i'm under the care of a neurologist but she has no clue. any ideas?

Symptoms: Get your thyroid checked and your calcium level checked, hyperthyroidism and hyperparathyroidism may be the cause.  Look at any medications you take, that may be a cause as well.  Good luck.  Don;t give up on your doctor either.

Depends...: If you achieved svr (sustained viral remission) from hepatitis c, then congratulations!  you're off treatment, so we can't blame the  anti-viral rx.  The underlying degree of liver disease may however determine what systemic manifestations you experience (was cirrhosis present before hepatitis c therapy?).  More likely, your distress has little to do with prior hepatitis c, & deserves evaluation.

i feel burning eyes,sometimes it goes dull & lil red, and i feel tiredness with leg pain...feeling weakness & sleepy most of the time.

Check your blood.: Although your symptoms don't point to anything specific, and that can happen with many conditions, still you need to make sure that you are not diabetic and you thyroid glans is working fine.

You also need to make sure your Hemoglobin is normal as well as your Vitamin B12 levels.

You also need to eat right and do regular exercise.
