Few possibilities: Could be due to a medication side effect, consuming too much caffeine or other stimulating medication such as a decongestant, even cardiac or anxiety causes should be considered.  There are other possibilities but would need more details of your symptoms.

Buzzer Shot.: More than likely you are dealing with an irritated nerve. The most common site is between the third and fourth toes, but the sensation can be anywhere. If it persists, you will have to see a specialist for treatment.

?neuropathy: Sounds like your nerve is being irritated and you're getting a neuropathy. In your hands, it could be irritation of the median nerve going through your carpal bones, as in "carpal tunnel syndrome (cts)".  Get eval and testing.  Best wishes.

Quite possibly: The symptoms you have can be caused by B12 & your levels are low enough to be causing symptoms. I suggest injections of b12, ideally as methylcobalamin (though hydroxycobalamin is ok) until your levels are

Vagal response: Sometimes when you are in an anxiety state or nervous about something , you can develop a vagal response. With this, you get sweaty,  light headed,  weak,  anxious, pale, and  cold. If you lay down and relax, this symptoms  rapidly  improve. This is not necessarily a problem, but if it keeps happening, more evaluation with your primary care md is warranted.

Not typical MS: Firstly MRI is imaging of choice for ms, not ct. Secondly, symptoms you describe are very non-specific. Head tension and popping ears are definitely atypical. If it's not ms, what does your neurologist think it is? If you don't get a satisfactory answer, get a second opinion.
