Foot pain: Pain on the feet when arising from a resting position is not normal. Please see your local podiatrist or foot and ankle specialist for a thorough examination of your feet.

Have it evaluated.: Pain may be due to many different reasons including fracture, sprains, arthritis, or muscle, nerve or tendon injuries.  Have the foot evaluated so that you may get the appropriate care.

Symptoms post rest: Symptoms like this are typically nerve. The laying or sitting positions can cause you to stress the nerves in your low back causing you to lose sensation in your feet. If those symptoms are typically pain in the heels, then you probably have some form of plantar fasciitis. If it is a combination of numbness and pain, typically a branch of the sciatic nerve is involved. A back specialist is needed

See dr: You might have some instability in your ankles due to incomplete healing of the strained and/or torn ligaments in your ankles.  See your primary dr and/or an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation.  Might just need physical therapy to improve strength around your ankles.

Dorsal Arch Pain.: Plantar fasciitis, by definition, is inflammation of the fascia located on the bottom of the foot. The symptoms, interestingly, are very similar to the  ones you describe. More than likely, your pain is being caused, in part, by an increased amount of stress being applied to your feet secondary to your pregnancy. The best solution is to have a specialist evaluate and suggest the best way to treat.

This : This sounds like an acute flare up of a condition known as plantar fasciitis.There is a band of thick tissue called the plantar fascia that runs across the bottom of your foot, it connects your heel bone to your toes. Often times this band becomes tight and inflammed thus causing heel and arch pain. 
This condition requires a lot of treatment and supportive care. Visit a podiatrist(foot doctor) for assistance. In the meantime take advil (ibuprofen) for pain and inflammation, request physical therapy, and buy a pair of orthotics. You may need custom orthotics in the future.
