You Bet...a1-2 Punch: Both alcohol & cigarettes can affect the lining of your stomach, predisposing people to all sorts of GI problems (gerd, gastritis, ulcers, cirrhosis-related bleeding, etc).  Both are toxins which can interact in your body to have a greater effect than either alone. However, don't assume that's what's causing your pain--see your primary medical doctor. Ask for help quitting while you're there!

More info?: Is it everytime you eat those foods or only some times? What type of stomach ache? Stabbing? Cramping? Nausea? Diarrhea?  How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse?  How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Has anyone done any studies? If it is not too bad you can schedule an appt with your md.  If severe, go to er.

No Cure: Allergies cannot be cured. Some less severe allergies can be overcome through gradual desensitisation (exposure to diluted version to build tolerance). That said, a stomach ache may not be a true allergy & may be caused by something else. Have you been tested for allergies and been told you are allergic or do you think you are allergic because it causes stomach ache? See md for true diagnosis.
