Maybe: Depending on how hard your workout is and on where it is, you easily could sweat that much.  Make sure you replace it with nonalcoholic fluids.

Hormones: And humidity. I see you are from la. Make sure you use a deodorizing soap on your buttocks, but avoid the strong soap around the rectum or it can get itchy. Wear cotton absorbant underwear as that will help. If push comes to shove you can try using cornstarch on your butt to absorb the sweat too.

This can be due to many things including a degree of constipation, hemorrhoids, fistula or fissures. See a colon and rectal doctor for evaluation and recommendations.
